Amazon App Redesign: Usability Testing & Insights Copy

This project encompasses a redesign of the Amazon Shopping app and a detailed usability test report, showcasing a complete cycle of research, design, testing, and refinement. The prototype, developed in Figma, focuses on creating a more intuitive and visually engaging interface, addressing common user challenges, and optimizing key features such as product search, checkout, and order tracking. Complementing this, the usability test report evaluates the effectiveness of the redesigned Help and Return pages through a structured methodology, combining both quantitative and qualitative insights. Participants completed tasks like initiating returns, navigating customer service features, and resolving delivery issues, providing critical feedback that informed further design enhancements. Together, the prototype and report highlight a user-centered approach aimed at improving navigation efficiency, error tolerance, and overall satisfaction, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for Amazon’s diverse user base.
